The LM193AH by Thomson-CSF is a dual, independent precision voltage comparator. It is designed to operate from a single power supply across a wide voltage range, from 2.0V DC to 36V DC, or from split power supplies ranging from ±1.0V to ±18V. This comparator exhibits very low supply current drain of only 0.4 mA, which is independent of the supply voltage magnitude.
Key electrical characteristics include a low input bias current of 25 nA typical and a low input offset current of ±5 nA typical. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even when operated from a single supply. The device offers a low output saturation voltage of 250 mV at 4 mA typical.
