The LM139AWGRLQMLV from Texas Instruments is a radiation-hardened, QML-V qualified quad comparator designed for demanding applications. It operates over a wide supply voltage range from 2V to 36V DC or ±1V to ±18V DC, with very low supply current drain of only 0.8 mA, independent of the supply voltage magnitude.
Key electrical characteristics include a low input biasing current of 25 nA, a low input offset current of ±5 nA, and an offset voltage of ±1 mV.
