LM117K

The Texas Instruments LM117K is a versatile three-terminal adjustable positive voltage regulator. It is designed to supply in excess of 1.5A over an output voltage range of 1.25V to 37V. This regulator is exceptionally easy to use, requiring only two external resistors to set the output voltage.

Key electrical specifications include a maximum input voltage of 40V, a typical dropout voltage of 1200mV, and a typical quiescent current of 5mA. It boasts superior line and load regulation compared to standard fixed regulators, with a maximum line regulation of 0.01%/V and a maximum load regulation of 0.3%.
