LM111H/883

The LM111H/883 is a voltage comparator from NATIONAL designed for versatile operation. It features significantly lower input currents compared to older devices like the LM106 or LM710, with input currents rated at 200 nA maximum and offset currents at 20 nA maximum over the operating temperature range.

This comparator supports a wide range of supply voltages, from a single 5V supply suitable for IC logic up to ±15V op amp supplies. Its output is compatible with RTL, DTL, TTL, and MOS circuits. The device can also drive lamps or relays, switching voltages up to 50V at currents as high as 50 mA. Both inputs and the output can be isolated from system ground, and the output can drive loads referred to any supply rail.

Key features include offset voltage null capability and strobe capability, with outputs that can be wire OR'ed. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is available in a TO-CAN (LMC) package. The LM111H/883 is also available with radiation assurance for high dose rate (50 krad(Si)) and low dose/ELDRS free (100 krad(Si)) conditions.
