The LL4148-13 is a fast switching surface mount diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for general purpose rectification and high-speed switching applications. The diode features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 75V and an average rectified output current of 150mA. Its forward voltage is typically 1V at 10mA, and it offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns under standard test conditions.
