The EOS Power LFWLP120-1002 is an industrial-grade AC DC converter designed for ITE (Commercial) applications. This open-frame unit features a compact 3" x 2" footprint and a height of 1.18" above the PCB. It provides 100W of power under convection cooling and can deliver up to 120W with forced air cooling at 300 LFM.
The converter accepts a universal input voltage range of 85-264 VAC or 390 VDC, operating at frequencies from 47-63 Hz. Key electrical specifications include efficiencies up to 93%, active PFC exceeding 0.95 power factor at full load, and a hold-up time greater than 10 ms. It offers adjustable output voltage with +/-3% regulation and features over-current, over-voltage, and short-circuit protection.
Designed for reliability, the LFWLP120-1002 has an MTBF of over 3 million hours and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. It meets IEC/UL62368-1 standards and is suitable for chassis mounting. The unit also includes features like adjustable output, PFC, and a standby output.
