The LFTVS18-1F3 is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a clamping voltage of 19V, capable of handling a peak pulse current of 1A (8/20µs) with a peak power dissipation of 350W.
This TVS diode offers a capacitance of 175pF at 1MHz and is not intended for power line protection. It is supplied in a surface mount 4-UFBGA, FCBGA package with a supplier device package of 4-FlipChip (0.77x0.77). The device is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
Typical applications include protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients in space-constrained designs. The low capacitance makes it suitable for high-speed signal lines. The unidirectional configuration provides clamping in one polarity, ideal for DC lines.
