The LFCN-160+ from Mini-Circuits is a ceramic low pass filter with a 50 Ohm impedance. It is designed to pass frequencies from DC up to 160 MHz while attenuating higher frequencies.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum insertion loss of 1.0 dB in the passband (DC-160 MHz) and a typical cutoff frequency of 230 MHz where the attenuation reaches 3.0 dB. The VSWR in the passband is a low 1.2:1. In the stopband, rejection loss can reach up to 35 dB between 480-2700 MHz.
This filter features excellent power handling capabilities, rated for a maximum of 8 W at +25°C, derating linearly to 3 W at +100°C ambient. It operates reliably within a temperature range of -55°C to +100°C and is hermetically sealed.
