The LF353H from Thomson-CSF is a low-cost, high-speed dual JFET input operational amplifier. Utilizing BI-FET II™ technology, it offers internally trimmed input offset voltage and requires low supply current while maintaining a large gain bandwidth product and fast slew rate. The well-matched JFET inputs provide very low input bias and offset currents, along with high input impedance.

 

This operational amplifier is designed for applications such as high-speed integrators, fast D/A converters, and sample-and-hold circuits. It exhibits low noise, low offset voltage drift, and a wide bandwidth of 4 MHz. The high slew rate of 13 V/µs and fast settling time of 2 µs to 0.01% further enhance its performance in demanding circuits.

 

The LF353H is pin compatible with the standard LM1558, allowing for easy upgrades in existing designs. It operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and is available in a through-hole package.
