The LDP24A is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for general-purpose transient voltage suppression. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a clamping voltage of 40V at the peak pulse current of 30A (8/20µs waveform). The device features a capacitance of 8000pF at 1MHz and is configured as a single unidirectional channel.
