The LDP01-30AY is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed for automotive applications. It provides protection against voltage transients with a reverse standoff voltage of 27V and a maximum clamping voltage of 40V at the peak pulse current.
With a peak pulse current rating of 125A (10/1000µs waveform), this device can handle high energy surges. It is not intended for power line protection but is suitable for signal line protection in automotive electronics.
The device is housed in a D2PAK (TO-263) surface mount package, which offers good thermal performance with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
