The LCE7.0 from Littelfuse is a unidirectional TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 7.0V, breakdown voltage range of 7.78V to 8.60V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 12.6V at 100A peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform). With a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W, it is suitable for telecom, industrial, and consumer applications. The device has a fast response time of less than 1ps.
It is housed in a DO-201AA/DO-27 axial leaded package, rated for through-hole mounting, and operates over -55°C to 175°C junction temperature. The termination finish is matte tin lead-free plated, and the device is halogen free and RoHS compliant. The LCE7.0 also meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD and IEC 61000-4-4 EFT standards for data line protection.
