The Semtech LCDA12.TBT is a transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a zener breakdown structure with a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a typical clamping voltage of 24V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 5A (8/20µs waveform) with a peak pulse power rating of 300W. It provides two bidirectional channels for protecting multiple lines.
