The Cosel LCC30A-4-C is an open frame AC/DC converter designed for embedded power applications. It operates from an AC input of 85 to 132 VAC (47-440 Hz) or a DC input of 110 to 170 VDC. The converter provides two regulated outputs: a 3.3V rail capable of 4A continuous (6A peak) and a 12V rail rated at 1.2A continuous (2A peak).
With a typical efficiency of 72% at full load (100V AC input), the LCC30A-4-C minimizes power loss in space-constrained designs. Inrush current is limited to 25A typical at cold start, and leakage current is held to 0.5 mA maximum per UL and DEN-AN standards. The open frame construction allows for flexible integration into OEM systems where enclosed power supplies are not required.
The input voltage range is 85-132 VAC (47-440 Hz) or 110-170 VDC.
Output V1 is 3.3V at 4A (peak 6A); output V2 is 12V at 1.2A (peak 2A).
Typical efficiency is 72% at AC 100V input and full load.
Inrush current is 25 A typical at cold start with 100V AC input.
Leakage current is 0.5 mA maximum at 60Hz per UL and DEN-AN.
