The Panduit LCAS1-56-E is a rectangular tongue terminal designed for use with 1 AWG stranded copper conductors. It features a single stud hole of 5/16 inch and a short barrel construction suitable for limited space applications. The terminal is non-insulated with a tin-plated finish to inhibit corrosion.
Key specifications include a voltage rating of 35 kV (UL Listed and CSA Certified) and a temperature rating of 90°C when properly crimped with Panduit or specified competitor tools. The inspection window allows visual verification of full conductor insertion. The barrel width is 0.59 inches, and the wire strip length is 11/16 inch. The terminal comes in green color (Panduit color code for 1 AWG) and is packaged in quantities of 20.
This terminal is suitable for power distribution, grounding, and other high-voltage applications. It is tested to Telcordia NEBS Level 3 and American Bureau of Shipping approved.
The terminal is UL Listed and CSA Certified to 35 kV.
Free hanging (in-line) mounting type.
Rated to 90°C when properly crimped.
