The Panduit LCA8-38-L is a one-hole, standard barrel grounding lug designed for 8 AWG stranded copper conductors. It features a 3/8 inch stud hole and a crimp barrel termination with an inspection window to visually confirm full conductor insertion. The lug is tin-plated to inhibit corrosion and is color-coded red for easy identification.
Electrical ratings include a maximum voltage of 35 kV and a maximum operating temperature of 90°C when crimped with Panduit or specified competitor tools and dies. The die index numbers are P21 (Panduit), 49 (Burndy), and 21 (T&B) for proper crimp selection.
