The Panduit LCA8-10-L is a one-hole, standard barrel compression lug designed for terminating 8 AWG stranded copper conductors. It features a #10 stud hole and is part of the LCA series of color-coded terminals. The lug is non-insulated and uses a crimp barrel termination method.
Key specifications include a tongue width of 0.410" (10.41mm), overall length of 1.250" (31.75mm), and tab thickness of 0.080" (2.03mm). The barrel width is 0.56" (14.224mm) and wire strip length is 5/8" (15.875mm). The lug is tin-plated to inhibit corrosion and is temperature rated to 90°C when crimped with Panduit tools.
This lug is UL Listed and CSA Certified to 35 kV and is suitable for applications requiring high voltage ratings. It has been tested by Telcordia to meet NEBS Level 3 requirements and is American Bureau of Shipping Approved. The inspection window allows visual verification of full conductor insertion.
The lug is free hanging (in-line) mounting type and comes in a standard package quantity of 50 pieces. The Panduit die index number for proper crimp selection is P21. It is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected (unverified).
