The LC03-6R2G is a steering (rail-to-rail) transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients and ESD events. The device offers two unidirectional channels with a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 20V.
With a peak pulse power rating of 2000W (2kW) and a peak pulse current capability of 100A (8/20µs), the LC03-6R2G provides robust protection for general purpose applications. The typical capacitance of 16pF at 1MHz makes it suitable for high-speed data lines where signal integrity is critical.
The device is housed in an 8-SOIC surface mount package with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
