The LC03-3.3.TBT is a rail-to-rail steering TVS diode array from Semtech designed for ESD protection on high-speed data lines. It features two unidirectional channels with a 3.3V reverse standoff voltage and an 18V clamping voltage. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 100A under the 8/20µs waveform, with a peak pulse power of 1800W. With a low capacitance of 16pF at 1MHz, it is well-suited for Ethernet and Telecom applications where signal integrity is critical. The LC03-3.3.TBT is surface mounted in an 8-SOIC package (0.154", 3.90mm Width) and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It offers power line protection and is RoHS3 compliant with MSL level 1.
