The STMicroelectronics L6732 is an adjustable step-down controller designed for high-performance DC-DC modules. It features synchronous rectification for improved efficiency and operates with an input voltage range from 1.8V to 14V, with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 14V.
This controller supports adjustable output voltages down to 0.6V with an accuracy of ±0.8% over line voltage and temperature. It utilizes fixed-frequency voltage mode control and offers a wide duty cycle range from 0% to 100%. The device includes features such as soft-start, inhibit, power good output, and over-voltage protection.
