The L6210 is a monolithic IC containing eight Schottky diodes arranged as two separated diode bridges. It is designed for high efficiency operation with low forward voltage drop and fast reverse recovery time. The device is rated for a maximum peak reverse voltage of 50V per diode and an average rectified current of 2A. Forward voltage is typically 0.8V at 100mA, 1.0V at 500mA, and 1.2V at 1A. Reverse leakage current is 1mA maximum at 40V. The L6210 is suitable for bipolar stepper motor applications and other circuits requiring dual diode bridges. It is available in a 16-pin PowerDIP (PDIP 16) through-hole package with a tube packing method. Operating ambient temperature range is 0 to 70°C, with storage from -55 to +150°C. Thermal impedance junction-to-case is 14°C/W and junction-to-ambient is 65°C/W without heatsink.
