The KMDGX-6S/6S-S4N is a shielded Mini DIN receptacle with a stacked 6+6 position arrangement. It uses female sockets with gold-plated contacts for reliable signal transmission. The connector features a push-pull fastening mechanism and a keyed orientation to prevent mis-mating. It is rated for 2 A current and 12 VDC voltage, suitable for low-power signal applications.
This connector is designed for through-hole, right-angle mounting with solder termination, making it compatible with standard PCB assembly processes. The housing is made from Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, ensuring durability and safety.
