The oscillator features an enable/disable function with an internal pull-up resistor of 470 kΩ. When enabled, typical supply current is 500 µA; when disabled, current drops to 10 µA. Output enable/disable delay is 100 ns maximum. Start-up time is 10 ms maximum. Duty cycle is 45/55% and rise/fall time is 15 ns maximum. Output load capacitance is 15 pF.

 

Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, with storage temperature from -55°C to 125°C. The device is housed in a compact 4-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm x 1.15mm, suitable for surface mount assembly. It is compliant with RoHS, REACH, Halogen Free, and Pb-Free standards.
