The Kyocera AVX KC5032A30.0000CM0E00 is a 30MHz CMOS XO (standard) oscillator from the KC5032A-CM series. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V, making it suitable for various low-power and standard logic applications. The oscillator provides a CMOS output with 15pF load capability and features a standby power-down function for energy savings.
Frequency stability is ±50ppm over the operating temperature range of -10°C to +70°C. The device offers fast start-up time of 10ms maximum and typical rise/fall times of 6ns under 2.8V to 3.63V supply. Jitter performance is specified with 1 sigma jitter of 8ps and peak-to-peak jitter of 80ps.
