The KBPC608 is a single phase bridge rectifier diode manufactured by Yangzhou Yangjie (datasheet also associated with Diotec). It is part of the KBPC6 series, offering a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800V and a maximum alternating input voltage of 560V RMS. The device can deliver an average rectified output current of up to 6.0A when mounted on a heatsink (300 cm²) at a case temperature of 100°C, or 3.8A in free-standing operation at 50°C ambient.
The rectifier is designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification and power supply applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of less than 1.2V and can handle surge currents up to 110A (50 Hz) or 125A (60 Hz). The I²t rating for fusing is 64 A²s. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
The KBPC608 is housed in a 4-Square, KBPC-6 through-hole package with approximate weight of 3.5g. The case material is UL 94V-0 rated for flammability. Mounting is via M4 screw with recommended torque of 1 Nm. The device is RoHS compliant, REACH unaffected, and UL recognized (File E175067). It is packed in cardboard trays of 200 pieces.
