KBPC2506-G

The KBPC2506-G from Comchip Technology is a single-phase bridge rectifier designed for converting AC to DC in power supply applications. It features a maximum average rectified output current of 25A at a case temperature of 55°C, with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600V. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 12.5A peak, ensuring efficient operation. With a peak forward surge current rating of 400A (8.3ms single half sine-wave), it can withstand high inrush currents.
