The KBL04 is a single phase bridge rectifier from ON Semiconductor, designed for general purpose AC to DC conversion. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified current of 4A at TA=50°C. The forward voltage is 1.1V at 4A, and reverse current is 5µA at 25°C and 500µA at 100°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 200A. Power dissipation is 6.58W, with thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 19°C/W and junction-to-lead of 2.4°C/W. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The KBL04 is housed in a through-hole KBL package (4-SIP), suitable for PCB mounting. It is UL certified for safety compliance.
