The KBJ4005G is a glass passivated single-phase bridge rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified output current of 4.0A at TC=115°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 120A (8.3ms half-sine-wave). Forward voltage is typically 1.0V at 2.0A. Maximum reverse leakage current is 5.0µA at 25°C and 500µA at 125°C.
The rectifier is built with glass passivated die construction for high reliability and features a high case dielectric strength of 1500Vrms. It is UL recognized under File Number E94661.
