The KAI-01050-ABA-FD-BA is a 1-megapixel Interline Transfer CCD image sensor from ON Semiconductor, built on the TRUESENSE 5.5 micron platform. This sensor offers a 1024x1024 active pixel array with a pixel size of 5.5µm x 5.5µm.
It provides a flexible readout architecture supporting 1, 2, or 4 outputs for full resolution readout up to 120 frames per second. Key features include broad dynamic range, excellent imaging performance, low dark current, negligible lag, and low smear. The sensor also incorporates a vertical overflow drain structure to suppress image blooming and enable electronic shuttering for precise exposure control.
Designed for applications such as industrial imaging, medical imaging, and security, the KAI-01050-ABA-FD-BA is available in a 64-CLCC package. Its common pin-out with other TRUESENSE platform devices allows for single camera designs to support multiple sensor family members.
