The Littelfuse K2400SRP is a bidirectional SIDAC, a silicon voltage-triggered switch designed for AC circuit applications. It features a breakover voltage range of 220V to 250V and can handle an on-state RMS current of 1A. The device switches on when the applied voltage exceeds its breakover point and remains conductive until the current drops below its holding current.
This SIDAC is suitable for high-voltage power supplies, natural gas igniters, high-pressure sodium lamps, and Xenon flash ignition systems. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ).
The component is packaged in a DO-214AA, SMB case, making it suitable for surface-mount applications. It has a holding current of up to 150mA and a peak on-state voltage of 1.5V at 1A. The SIDAC also exhibits a switching resistance of 100Ω.
Environmental compliance includes RoHS3 compliance and an MSL of 1. The REACH status is unaffected.
