JSW2-63DR+

The JSW2-63DR+ from Mini-Circuits is a high-power reflective SPDT RF switch. It utilizes a Silicon-on-Insulator process and offers a very high typical IIP3 of 55 dBm, minimizing inter-modulation generation for digital communication signals.

This switch operates over a wide frequency range from 5 MHz to 6 GHz, enabling its use in diverse applications from VHF up to 6 GHz. It boasts low insertion loss of 0.33 dB at 1 GHz and can handle high input power up to 3W. The integrated CMOS driver and negative voltage generator simplify design by operating with a single positive supply voltage, eliminating the need for external DC blocking capacitors unless external DC is present at the RF ports.

Packaged in a tiny 2x2mm MCLP package, the JSW2-63DR+ provides low inductance, repeatable transitions, and excellent thermal contact to the PCB. Its reflective short on output ports in the OFF state contributes to its performance. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, with a 50 Ohm impedance.
