The JANTXV1N751A-1 is a 5.1V Zener diode from Microchip Technology, part of the 1N746A-1 to 1N759A-1 series. It is designed for voltage regulation in high-reliability applications and is qualified to the JANTXV level per MIL-PRF-19500/127.
Key electrical specifications include a nominal Zener voltage of 5.1V with a standard tolerance of ±5%. The device can dissipate up to 500mW at a lead temperature of 50°C (0.375 inch lead length) or 400mW when mounted on a PCB. Maximum impedance (Zzt) is 14Ω. Forward voltage is 1.1V maximum at 200mA, and reverse leakage current is 5µA maximum at 2V.
The diode operates over a junction and storage temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. Thermal resistance is 250°C/W junction-to-lead and 300°C/W junction-to-ambient when mounted on a PCB.
Packaged in a DO-35 (DO-204AH) glass axial-leaded through-hole package, the device features an internal metallurgical bond. Termination finish is tin-lead or matte-tin (commercial grade). RoHS compliant versions are available for commercial grade only; military grade may not be RoHS compliant.
