The JANTXV1N748A-1 is a 3.9V Zener diode from Microchip Technology, part of the 1N746A-1 through 1N759A-1 series. It is qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/127 at the JANTXV level, making it suitable for military and high-reliability applications.
Electrical specifications include a nominal Zener voltage of 3.9V with ±5% tolerance, maximum power dissipation of 500mW at +50°C lead temperature, and maximum Zener impedance of 23Ω. Reverse leakage current is limited to 2µA at 1V, and forward voltage is 1.1V maximum at 200mA.
The device features an internal metallurgical bond and is housed in a hermetically sealed DO-35 (DO-204AH) glass package with axial leads for through-hole mounting. Operating temperature range is -65°C to +175°C. Thermal resistance from junction to lead is 250°C/W.
