It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 660V and an average rectified forward current of 1.75A at 25°C. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 30 ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
This diode is housed in a hermetically sealed, voidless-glass SQ-MELF (D-5B) surface mount package. It has a maximum forward voltage of 1.35V at 2A and a peak forward surge current rating of 75A. The junction capacitance is 40 pF, and the operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
