The JANTXV1N6465US is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Microchip Technology, part of the 1N6461US-1N6468US series. It is designed to protect sensitive circuits from voltage transients by clamping at 41.4V with a peak pulse power dissipation of 500W (10/1000 µs). The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 24V and can handle a peak pulse current of 69A under an 8/20 µs waveform.
This TVS diode is housed in a voidless, hermetically sealed B SQ-MELF (Surface Mount) package, making it suitable for high-reliability applications. It is qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/551 and is available in JANTXV screening level. The package features square end-cap terminals for easy placement and has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
