The JANTXV1N5711UR-1 is a Schottky barrier diode manufactured by Microchip Technology, qualified to JANTXV level per MIL-PRF-19500/444. It features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified output current of 33mA. The forward voltage is 410mV at 1mA forward current, and the typical capacitance is 2pF at 0V and 1MHz. The diode is designed for small signal applications with speeds up to 200mA.
This diode is hermetically sealed in a DO-213AA (MELF) glass package for surface mount mounting. The terminals are available with tin/lead plating or RoHS compliant matte-tin (commercial grade only). The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, with a maximum thermal resistance of 250°C/W from junction to end cap. The device is ESD sensitive to Class 1.
