The JANTXV1N4627-1 is a 500mW Zener voltage regulator diode from Microchip Technology, part of the 1N4614-1 to 1N4627-1 series. It is qualified to the JANTXV level per MIL-PRF-19500/435, making it suitable for high-reliability military and aerospace applications.
This diode provides a nominal Zener voltage of 6.2V with a tolerance of ±5%. It has a maximum Zener impedance of 1200 Ω and a reverse leakage current of 5 µA at 5V. The forward voltage is 1.1V at 200 mA. The device can dissipate up to 500mW and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
