The JANTX1N6465US is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Microchip Technology, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. With a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a maximum clamping voltage of 41.4V at 69A peak pulse current (8/20µs), it provides robust protection in a compact surface mount E-MELF package.
