The JANTX1N645UR-1 is a standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is designed for general-purpose rectification where slow switching (recovery >500ns) is acceptable.
Electrical specifications include a reverse voltage rating of 225V and an average rectified current of 400mA. Forward voltage is 1V at 400mA test condition. The device can operate over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 175°C.
