This is a bidirectional TVS diode from Microchip Technology, part of the JANTX series, designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 32.7V and a breakdown voltage of 59.1V, with a maximum clamping voltage of 59.1V at 8.5A peak pulse current.
The device offers 500W peak pulse power capability (10/1000µs waveform) and is suitable for general purpose circuit protection. It is not intended for power line protection.
The diode is housed in a B, Axial package with through-hole mounting, operating over a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
