The JANTX1N5420 is a general purpose fast recovery diode manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified current of 3A. The diode exhibits a forward voltage of 1.5V at a test current of 9A and has a reverse recovery time of 400ns, qualifying it as a fast recovery diode (≤500ns).
