The JAN1N6662 is a silicon standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is designed for general purpose rectification applications requiring up to 400V DC reverse voltage and 500mA of average forward current.
The diode features a forward voltage of 1V at 400mA forward current. It has a standard recovery time of greater than 500ns at 200mA. The junction operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C.
The device is available in a DO-35 (DO-204AH) axial leaded package for through-hole mounting. It is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
The maximum DC reverse voltage (VRRM) is 400V.
The average rectified forward current (IF(AVG)) is 500mA.
The forward voltage (VFM) is 1V at 400mA forward current.
