The JAN1N6465US is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode manufactured by Microchip Technology. It provides protection against voltage transients by clamping at 41.4V maximum, with a reverse standoff voltage of 24V. The device can handle peak pulse current up to 69A (8/20µs waveform) and has a peak pulse power rating of 500W. It uses Zener technology for precise voltage regulation. The operating junction temperature range spans -55°C to +175°C, suitable for demanding environments.
The diode is housed in a surface-mount SQ-MELF, B package, which allows for compact PCB layouts. It is rated RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of Level 1 (unlimited).
