The JAN1N5620 is a standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Microchip Technology. Designed for general purpose rectification, it features a reverse voltage rating of 800V and an average rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 1.3V at 3A, and the reverse recovery time is 2µs, making it suitable for line frequency applications.
