The ITV5432L3030WR is a chip-type surface mountable battery protector from Littelfuse's ITV5432 series. It integrates a fuse element for overcurrent protection and a resistive heating element for overvoltage protection. When overvoltage is detected, the heating element is electrically excited to blow the fuse element, cutting off the circuit.
Key electrical specifications include a rated current of 30A at 40°C thermal equilibrium, a maximum voltage rating of 62V, and a breaking capacity of 80A at rated voltage. The triggerable voltage range (VOP) is 23.0V to 31.5V. The device can interrupt up to 150A (5x rated current) under pulsed conditions.
