The ITA25B3 is a bidirectional Transil™ array designed for data line protection. It features 9 separate bidirectional TVS functions, providing high surge capability with a peak pulse power of 300 W (8/20 µs) and a peak pulse current of 25 A (8/20 µs). The device offers a reverse stand-off voltage of 25 V, a breakdown voltage range from 24 V to 30 V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 36 V at IPP=25 A. It is compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 ESD protection up to 15 kV (air discharge) and 8 kV (contact discharge), as well as MIL STD 883G class 3B up to 25 kV HBM. The ITA25B3 is housed in a surface-mount 20-SOIC package (SO-20) and is suitable for protecting differential data transmission lines such as RS-232, RS-423, RS-422, and RS-485. Its separated input/output configuration minimizes parasitic inductance effects, making it ideal for high-speed data lines. Operating junction temperature ranges up to 125°C, with storage from -55°C to +150°C.
