The ITA25B1 is a Zener-type TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for general-purpose transient voltage suppression. It provides bidirectional protection across five channels, making it suitable for protecting multiple signal or data lines in a single package.
With a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a clamping voltage of 38V, the ITA25B1 can handle peak pulse currents up to 25A (8/20µs waveform) and peak pulse power dissipation of 300W. The device features a typical capacitance of 300pF at 1MHz, which is important for high-speed signal integrity.
