The ITE IT8712F-A is a highly integrated Super I/O controller designed for low pin count interfaces. It provides essential legacy Super I/O functions along with modern environmental control features such as hardware monitoring and fan speed control. The device supports a wide operating voltage range from -0.5V to 7.0V and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C.

Key features include an enhanced hardware monitor capable of tracking 3 thermal inputs, support for remote thermal resistors, thermal diodes, or diode-connected transistors.
