The Lattice Semiconductor ispPAC-POWR607 is a general-purpose power-supply monitor, reset generator, and watchdog timer. It incorporates in-system programmable logic and analog functions using non-volatile E2CMOS technology.
This device offers six independent analog input channels for monitoring power supply voltages and two general-purpose digital inputs for control functions. It provides up to seven open-drain digital outputs, with two configurable as high-voltage FET drivers for power supply ramp control. The integrated 16-macrocell CPLD supports state machines and combinatorial functions.
Key features include programmable threshold monitors with 1% step size, programmable glitch filters, and power-off detection. It also includes four independent timers with intervals from 32 µs to 2 seconds. The device operates over a wide supply range of 2.64 V to 3.96 V and supports an industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C.
The ispPAC-POWR607 is available in 32-pin QFNS packages and is suitable for applications requiring robust power management and system supervision.
