At its core is a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4F processor with M4F Floating Point Unit, providing 512 kB of Flash memory and 64 kB of SRAM. It includes 30 GPIOs and supports various analog and digital interfaces such as ADC, SPI, UART, PDM, and I2C. The module integrates RF matching and an antenna, along with a DC/DC converter and crystal clocks.

Designed for low power consumption, the ISP1507 series offers power usage 20-50% lower than previous generations, making it ideal for battery-powered IoT devices. It supports BLE stacks (S112/S113/S132) and ANT+ stacks (S212, S332), enabling Central, Peripheral, or dual roles for BLE and proprietary protocols.
